Sample some of the best summits and stunning views of the central Maumturks
Starting south of Lough Inagh Lodge we cross the Western Way and head up the An Log Bán following the river and its beautiful waterfalls.
After reaching a high cwm we strike right up to Cnoc na hUilleann (Knocknahillion), from here we follow an undulating ridge, taking in the magnificent panorama of mountains, to our high point at Letterbreckaun (667m).
The ridge then doglegs right and left before descending back into the valley. We return to our start point via the Western Way track.
Meeting point: Car park on R334 approx. 400 metres south of the Inagh Lodge hotel, at 10.00.
Cost €35.00 per person
